Moving out of the UK untill visa approved, problems ?

As can be seen from my timeline, NOA1 on the 22nd Jan 2013, paperwork is at the Washington DC office which is NOT one of the fastest processing places! realistically if everything goes straight forward i was thinking my visa may come through Nov/Dec.

My lease in the UK runs out the end of June and i was thinking of moving out to Teneriffe until my Visa is granted. I realise i would have to come back for the Medical and for the interview but i wondered if there's any foreseeable problems doing this ? I presume i need a UK address for the delivery of my passport back to me after my interview, would a friends or relatives address be ok if i left a letter with them granting receipt of it ?

Spanish police certificate? I guess not because you wont be there12 months. Your visa delivery is whatever you write on the courier form on interview day. It can be a pub I suppose if you want to be there for the delivery. Somebody has to be present to accept and sign.
