On May 3, 2013, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

I'm not sure if this means we have to have anouther interview or if they approved his Visa out right without anouther interview???? any one knows????

I'm pretty sure you're going to have to go to another interview. I can't say for sure, but in other cases like this the beneficiary has had to go to a second interview. Maybe someone with more experience in these cases can give you more details.

Congrats on getting it reaffirmed, though! Way to persevere. good.gifsmile.png

Its probably because, your case was delayed to reach to NVC when i-130 was approved by USCIS. You probably created a case request to track it down. But at this point they are just closing that case request number and updating the receipt Number with the affirmation that the file indeed was sent to NVC.

OP's case isn't a normal one. They've already had an interview, were denied, and had to send in evidence in order for USCIS to reaffirm the case, effectively giving them a second chance at approval. They're already gone through NVC.

Don't worry about that. Though I'm sure lemon11 was trying to help, a lot of assumptions were made in that post, none of which applies to your specific case.
