My wife has her first biometrics appointment tomorrow. The letter that we got in the mail states that only her ID(passport) and the letter were needed for the appointment. I want to make sure before we travel to the local office that these are the only items needed and are there any forms that can be completed prior and take with us. TIA

If there is any name change involved, also bring the marriage certificate, Other than that, you should be fine.
