They have posted new processing time at USIS. This time California moves backwards with K-1 visas (from May 2 to April 18 !!!). They have not posted K-3 visa in California nor in Vermont!!!

What is going on??????????

2006-07-27: Marriage

I-130 journey:

2006-08-29: I-130 Sent

2006-09-07: NOA1

2006-11-18: RFE

2006-11-28: RFE replay

2006-12-05: NOA2

NVC

2006-12-12: NVC Received

2006-12-13: Case number assigned

2006-01-06: e-mailed Choice of Agent

2006-01-06: received AOS fee bill

2006-01-08: returned AOS fee bill

2006-01-10: NVC e-mailed confirming Choice of Agent

2007-01-15: IV bill generated

2007-01-29: received IV fee bill and AOS package

2007-01-29: sent IV fee bill

2007-02-05: sent AOS

2007-02-24: sent DS-230

2007-03-02: NVC received DS-230

2007-03-14: CASE COMPLETE!!!!!!! (we have found out about it on March 21...)

I-129F journey:

2006-09-14: I-129F Sent

2006-09-21: I-129F NOA1

2006-10-31: Transfered to CSC

2006-11-02: touched

2007-01-30: touched

2007-01-31: touched

2007-03-02: NOA2

2007-03-12: case received at NVC and case number asigned

2007-03-20: embassy in Zagreb received case and forwarded to embassy in Sarajevo (I am happy!!!!)

2007-03-23: embassy in Sarajevo received the case

2007-03-26: medical exam

2007-03-29: INTERVIEW SUCCESSFUL

2007-03-30: VISA IN HAND

Check the National Center for the K-3's. I'm assuming that shows what they think they are processing as far as when you are allowed to complain about being outside of processing time.

Anyway, the times don't show anything meaningful. The timelines on this site are much more relevant.

NOA1: 5-10-2006----updated w/ citizenship: 9-25-06----had to call back 10/25, touch 10/26

12/06/06 - Approved!- - - 12/08/06 - Touch---01/25/07 - Touch

I130 at NVC

12/14/06 - case number assigned

12/25/06 - DS3032 & AOS Fee Bill Mailed (phone system updated 12/27)

12/27/06 - emailed choice of agent; 12/29/06 - received email from NVC confirming choice of agent!

01/01/07 - NVC generated IV Fee Bill (postmarked 1/17 though!)

01/03/07 - returned AoS Fee Bill via Priority Mail (James' shortcut)

01/15/07 - NVC generated AOS package

01/22/07 - received IV Fee Bill - overnighted back to NVC same day

01/27/07 - recieved I864 package; 01/29/07 - overnighted I864 to NVC

01/29/07 - DS230 generated (phone system not updated, email response 2/5/07)

02/05/07 - mailed DS-230 to NVC via express mail

02/20/07 - CASE COMPLETE!!

04/18/07 - INTERVIEW!!!! - APPROVED!!!!

09/28/06 - NOA1

1/25/07 - approved ...NOA2 via snail mail - 1/29/07

03/16/07 - chose not to return packet 3 to Montreal

Thanks! I touhgt we shoul be in VSC or CSC, depending on transfer. I gues I have got it all wrong. I was really woried about this

They will probably eventually change it, like they did for the I130s that were tranferred, but I wouldn't worry about it too much :)
