When it comes down to proving the marriage was in good faith, how much did you provide? We have a lot of pictures, long distance letters, blogs, chat history. Obviously, since I am now with her physically, the letters stopped but we still have Pictures and Facebook.

Did you write an essay or story to describe how you met, etc etc?

My concern right now is that we don't have proof of co mingling of assets. I.e, we still have our own bank accounts, however, I have a good reason for that as since I am not a resident of her country yet, and no job or income, we just didn't worry about it. Do I need to 'justify' these types of stuff in my application?

Produce what you have.

Sometimes the amount of evidence that you need depends on the country the beneficiary is from. There are consulates that seem to need a lot of evidence and you should supply that evidence with the I-130 and, if needed, with the DS-230. The interview is not the right time to be bringing all the evidence.

Canada is not one of those countries so we didn't do a whole bunch, but we did make sure we had a joint bank account. If a bank says they can't do it, find a new bank!

Co-mingling of assets is not required regardless. Your best evidence is time spent together in-person (and you have that). So, IMO, I wouldn't worry about asset co-mingling.
