It will likely have little impact on your actual K-1 visa process, depending on when the birth is. If before your US POE, there may be additional requirements establishing paternity, etc.,, and traveling to the US embassy to get your child a US passport. If not prior, you can likely simply amend your visa application and add the child as a K-2 visa. This is not an unusual occurrence by any means.

i was pregnant when i had my interview and i only found out about it when i had my medical exam and theres no problem occured.although they didnt do any vaccination because it can harm the baby.congratulations.
