You can include a full copy of all of the pages of your passport, your decision.

are you referring to submit all pages of passport to show that I'm U.S. citizen? In my case I'm submitting naturalization certificate.

I'm referring to my Indian Passport to show my trips to India in last 2 years.

Are we on same page?

You are correct. You only need to send in ALL pages of the passport IF you are using it to prove your US citizenship. You can just provide a copy of the biographical page and the pages with the stamps for proof of meeting. Also send copies of things such as the boarding passes from the visits and receipts from hotels, ATM receipts, credit card statements showing activity while there on your visit, and a few photos to go along with the passport stamps.

Thanks. This helps a lot.
