Questions regarding G-325a and i-130

I have a couple doubts concerning the filling of G-325a and one question of the i-130

G-325a

- Applicant's employement last five years.
Can I say I was a student ? although it's not really an "employement", but more an occupation.

- Applicant's residence last five year.

There is not enough with the 5 lines to inform my residences timeline since 5 years. Should I add a sheet of paper to fill out the rest?

If so, what is the proper way to attach an extra sheet of paper for the form G-325a.

- Last Occupation abroad if not shown above.

Can I write N/A if it is shown above ?

- I have a blank in my history timeline (summer 2010 I went on vacation) so it switches from 06/2010 to 09/2010.

I heard it was not advised to leave a blank in the history, should I fill this part ?

Regarding the form i-130

question 22 says:

a) Your relative is in the US and will apply for AOS at the USCIS office located at:
b) If your relative is not eligible for AOS, he will apply for a visa abroad at the US consulted located at:

I am a J1 visa holder from France, legally present in the US.

for a) I wrote Los Angeles, CA (where I live).

But I don't know if I should write something in b), or what should I write ?

I have looked in forums and have seen plenty of different things!

Again, I truly appreciate your help !

Yes, you can. I was a full time student for about 2 years between the timeframe they asked for.. so that made it on my list for my G-325a.

Just list what you can on the form.. on the last line on the form, you can write something like "see addendum". On the continuation sheet, write down the question number and draw a table with the same format as the one on the G-325a.

- Last Occupation abroad if not shown above.

Can I write N/A if it is shown above ?

I entered "Shown Above" in that space and copied the necessary information.

- I have a blank in my history timeline (summer 2010 I went on vacation) so it switches from 06/2010 to 09/2010.

I would list "Unemployed" between 06/2010 and 09/2010

I'll let someone else answer this one as I don't have experience with Adjusting Status.
