I would suggest that these two

- I-131, Application for travel

- 765, Application for Employment Authorization

are separate applications that will be processed apart from your I-485. So read their instructions, provide what is required with them (even if also sent with the I-485), and separate the three forms and their required evidence into three separate bundles with paper clips.

For example, each of the three applications require their own:

Photographs (2) of immigrant

Photocopy of passport biographical page and K1 visa page

Photocopy of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record

So your cover letter might look more like:

Enclosed please find my Form I-485, Immediate Relative (Spouse) Family Based Adjustment of Status; form I-131. Etc; Form I-765 etc

Application and supporting documents as follows:

- G-1145 Form for E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

- Payment in the amount of $1,010.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

- I-485 - Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, signed & dated 5-5-2012

- Copy of birth certificate plus English translation.

- 2 passport photos

- G-325A - Biographic Information, including residence and employment attachment

- Copy DS-3025 Vaccination record, dated 07/24/2012

- I-864 - Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act, completed by Erik Moore

o Copy IRS Tax Transcript for 2012 tax year and IRS Tax Transcript

o Copy IRS Tax Transcript for 2011 tax year and IRS Tax Transcript

o Copy IRS Tax Transcript for 2010 tax year

- Copy of I-797 - Notice of Action, Approval of K1 petition, dated 4-25-2012

- Copy of Marriage certificate, dated 10-23-2012

- Copy of I-94 Arrival/Departure record (front and back)

- Copy of K1 visa in passport

- Photocopy of passport biographical details page

- Photocopy of USA entry stamp dated 9-17-2012

- I-131, Application for travel

Photographs (2) of immigrant

Photocopy of passport biographical page and K1 visa page

Photocopy of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record

- 765, Application for Employment Authorization

Photographs (2) of immigrant

Photocopy of passport biographical page and K1 visa page

Photocopy of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record

Messy edit by me, but you see the difference??

Payment for I-485 and biometrics = $1,070

I am not sure for K2.

I suggest include certified copy of marriage certificate in the I-485 packet and one copy of marriage certificate each for I-131 and I-765.

I used this post as my guide. Good luck!

AOS would not be denied for wrong payment amounts. It would be rejected and sent back to them. They would just need to refile with the correct payment amounts. But yes, to avoid delays, read all the form instructions and provide the correct payments to begin with.
