It will go to the country they have on file as her current address. She will need to update her address with the appropriate agency depending on where it is in the process. Is she waiting on her NOA2 with uscis? If so, she'll need to update with them. There is also the ar-11 form that she will need to complete. Is she a resident of India or just visiting?

Ya she is originally from India but living with a legal residence in Saudi... but she is going to go back to India and planning live there for a while.

So will she have to fill a form for change of address or something.. Or is there a number where I cann call and ask about this?

thanks :)

She does not need to use the AR-11 because she is not a LPR.

If she is only a visitor to India and will be going back to Saudi Arabia then she does not need to notify USCIS of her change of address.
