status changed...approval soon???

I filed July 2012 and a few days ago my status now says :

"OnMay 1, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case."

approval shoud be soon right? I did not change my address but i contacted both my congressman and senator...and if anyone got this message, how long until it changed to say approved??

7/26/2012 NOA 1 arrived. to be serviced in California

11/13/2013 interview at Chicago

1/27/2014 RFE DNA test

3/7/2014 RFE completed and mailed in

5/12/2014 **I-130 APPROVED** !! 652 days

6/3/2014 NVC received case

7/11/2014 choice of agent signed

7/19/2014 pay AOS bill, send aos packet

7/22/2014 NVC received AOS papers

8/20/2014 send IV packet

8/25/2014 NVC received IV papers

8/27/2014 pay IV bill

9/9/2014 DS-260 completed

9/15/2014 AOS checklist

9/24/2014 NVC scanned aos

10/29/2014 "paid" turned to "n/a"

10/31/2014 called NVC and confirmed case complete

11/4/2014 email with interview scheduled

12/15/2014 INTERVIEW

02/20/2015 I-601 waiver received @ Nebraska

07/14/2015 I-601 waiver APPROVED

8/10/2015 ceac changed from refused to ready

8/12/2015 visa was issued !!!!!!

8/25/2015 POE Chicago, no questions asked about waiver

U should call to verify if they have your correct address. Last year the same thing happened to me and a CSR changed my address by mistake. Its a good thing I called because I would have never gotten the paper NOA2 or my request for interview notice.

10/29/13: Hubby received email Administrative Processing is Complete

10/30/13: Hubby rec'd call from Consulate to drop off new medical and passport; Medical Completed

01/17/14: 2nd Medical Done;Medical Report available for pickup

01/21/14: Hubby dropped off medical and passport. Consulate was closed on the 20th. Was told to pick up visa on Tuesday

01/23/14: CEAC Status says ISSUED

01/28/14: Visa in hand, paid USCIS Immigrant Fee

01/31/14: POE Houston, TX

03/04/14: Applied for SSN - Not in SAVE

03/06/14: Green Card Production

03/14/14: Received Green Card via Priority Mail

05/03/14: Received SSN - Had to wait for DHS verification

ROC

12/29/15: Express mailed I-751

12/31/15: I-751 Receipt Date

01/05/16: Fee cleared account

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

yes i called today but the rep couldn't see anything and i'm waiting for a call back from management....i really really hope things are moving this time
