No we have had no RFE. We called last Friday and they just said call back in 30 days if we hear nothing. I don't know if theres any other July filers out there?

oh my goodness you poor thing :( this time next month it will be almost a year!

Our Story AoS
[March 2012] Met online on Christian Mingle [November 27th 2013] AoS sent
[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!
( heart.gif February 15th 2013 heart.gif ) He pops the question in Kensington, London...and I say yes!

[January 15th 2013) I-129f SENT!
[January 24th 2013] NOA1
[July 08th 2013]- NOA2 (approved 165 Days)
[July 18th 2013] Case forwarded to NVC
[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

oh my goodness you poor thing sad.png this time next month it will be almost a year!

Its a joke how long theyre taking! Luckily I get to visit every few months but its costing me so much. I'm visiting for 5 weeks in June so hopefully we might have an answer by then!

I applied in July and I'm still waiting! Heard Nothing!

I hope you made an info pass to get your passport stamped? not sure if that lasts more than a year but i know our extension letters are only good for one year and damn poor you! your almost at that!

Sheesh!! these service centers really need to fix ####### like this.

Also another rumor to add to Kastrs' list is what I saw posted in the K-1 section about a month ago, when the pipes burst in the CSC about 48,000 case files were ruined. Who knows?

Good luck all.

On that rumor: CSC actually said that all documents they receive are scanned and kept in electronic format as well. So even if paper archives were destroyed (and nobody knows) they still have everything electronically. No cause for concern on that department.

Aug 2, 2010 - I-130 package mailed to the London Consulate (DCF)
Aug 9, 2010 - NOA1 (confirmation of receipt) via email
Sep 4, 2010 - religious wedding

Nov 25, 2010 - Case number received in the mail
Nov 29, 2010 - Medical
Dec 1, 2010 - DS-230I & DS-2001 forms mailed back
Feb 1, 2011 - Interview - APPROVED!!!
Feb 7, 2011 - Passport with Visa received via courier
June 7, 2011 - POE Los Angeles (LAX)
June 18, 2011 - 2-Year Green card received in the mail!!!

April 2, 2013 - I-751 package mailed to California Service Center

April 3, 2013 - NOA1 date
April 8, 2013 - check cleared
May 6, 2013 - Biometrics completed

July 25, 2013 - 10 year green card APPROVED!! (notification via text and email, and website updated)

July 29, 2013 - ROC approval letter received in the mail

July 31, 2013 - 10 year green card received in the mail!!!

March 19, 2014 - N-400 package mailed to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox

March 24, 2014 - NOA1 date and Priority Date

March 27, 2014 - Check cleared

April 21, 2014 - Biometrics done

May 7, 2014 - In line for interview

July 28, 2014 - Interview - PASSED!!

Your timeline indicates that you are a K-1 filer. Again, the thread is specifically for Removal of Conditions (ROC) processing, although a year is still way too long even for K-1.

As far as ROC is concerned, CSC is currently adjudicating September cases and there have also been one or two October approvals, and even one filed November 1. The general timeline for ROC is 6-8 months start to finish, but more like 7-8 months like someone else said. VSC seems to be doing much better right now, as they have almost finished processing October applications (judging from the number of approvals on the October filers thread).

This pertains to people who already have a conditional permanent resident card.

According to your timeline, you are a K-1 filer. Don't worry about that, it doesn't apply to you at this point.
