Hi,

Me and my fiancée will be applying for our K1 visa this month, and I was just reviewing the guidelines and forms and got a couple of questions, which I hope you could quickly clarify.

First part.

I have read the guide, http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide , I am assuming we need to provide everything in the first package ? (Assembling the I-129F Package: Checklist)

I ask because it seems if there is an interview I need to provide some of the same stuff ?

My second question. My fiancee is the USC, and I am a permanent resident of Canada, UK citizen. I have been for 5+ years. On question 20, I assume I would put my home province and city (which has a consulate) .

20. Your fiancé(e) will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at:

I really could do without the extra cost of returning to the UK, am I right in this thinking ? (would there be any reason for me to have to interact with the UK if this is as I think dealt with in Canada?)

I am sure I will have a few more questions, thanks for your answers and time.
