After we submit AOS PACKAGE how long should we wait to Submit IV PACKAGE ?

Once your DS-3032 is accepted and you pay your IV BILL you are free to send in your IV Package. These are two separate paths not dependent on each other.

I think as long as you have paid your IV fee and you are able to print the IV coversheet. Then you can send in the IV package. Good luck!

Did you go to the actual NVC website and check there on the ONLINE PAYMENT?

You can also always call them to ask them. Good luck and best wishes!

Never called the USCIS eh? They make the NVC look like geniuses! But hang up if you get a NY accent lady named Abby. She's not worth the effort.

You're only at 11 business days and it can take up to 20. Just keep checking the portal.

It's interesting but I think I know who you are referring because I also thought she sounded rough with a NY accent. She always sounded like she's in a bad mood when she answers the phone.

Dunno why you sent the hard copy when there is an email format on VJ, but whatever works for you. You should wait 10 business days from May 6 to see if they invoice the IV. You don't count days it's in the mail... I thought that was a given. Lol. ;)

I would just try to login to the payment portal every day, once in the morning and once at night. Until one day where it doesn't let you login and you know the IV is being invoiced. If it takes longer than 10 business days then start calling them everyday until it gets invoiced or send the email version with the supervisor review trick in the subject line. That can be found in the first two posts of the NVC filers May 2013 thread. (Search for it if you don't know where that is. :))
