I've been checking on our case stati (?) on the USCIS site every few days. Today, I was delighted to see that my husbands AOS and EAD applications now EXIST... :P I guess this update counts as a "touch"... how exciting! The AOS app for our son, and the AP apps for both husband and son still "do not exist".

So for all who are waiting to be able to check case status online (I think there are several in our same time frame who have not been able to do so yet), somebody in USCIS land was apparently entering some of this data yesterday... I think they went out for donuts before they finished ours...

Onward through the fog...

It's always nice to find out that at least you're out there somewhere in USCIS land!!!!

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

Similar to you.. part of our application (the AP) is in the system, the AOS stuff not there yet we have the biometrics appointment. I told myself back during the K1 visa process that I would quit checking the online status knowing full well it was not a good way to be in the know of what was going on with our case yet somehow I keep finding myself there checking daily :whistle:

K1 AOS

01/17/06.....Sent AOS package out

01/31/06.....NOA

03/15/06.....Biometrics Appointment

04/10/06.....Interview letter received

05/24/06.....Interview

AOS APPROVED

06/05/06Greencard received... with an error

I-90 Timeline

06/08/06..... Sent out I-90 to have green card error fixed

09/29/06.....Correct Green Card

K2 AOS/AP

01/17/06.....Sent out AOS/AP

01/31/06.....NOA for AOS and AP

03/07/06.....AP approved

03/16/06.....Biometrics Appointment

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
