fiancee moving 3 weeks before noa2

I think we are about 3 weeks from our NOA2 (K1) my fiancee is in the Philippines and she has to move to a different place. Will their be a need for me to update her address with USCIS? I don't think in the Philippines they mail out a packet to her we have to download it. but do they send anything in the mail to her during this process?

If I do need to change it can it be a P.O. box?

I'm not sure, but I think she would need to fill out Form AR-11: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

Also, your fiancee should inform her local post office of a forwarding address where she will move. She just have to fill out a form, it should be a breeze.

The US Embassy will not send her anything. You can ask her to just change the address on the DS forms that she has to fill out for the interview. She also has a choice to have the passport with visa delivered to the new address or just pick it up from the nearest 2go branch (courier).
