I need advice,

The person make mone form ds-230 make mistake en question 35 # where say given type visa and give A number he write the type visa B2 that is correct but where say " A " number he wrotte the control number of my visa B2 :( what can i do for fix his mistake ? Nvc reject the form ds230 for this mistake

04/10/2013 Got my invoiced ID number

05/08/2013 Delivered IV Packet

05/13/2013 Delivered AOS packet

05/22/2013 False Checklist IV packet

06/12/2013 reviewed new I-864 version but i got checklist cray5ol.gif

06/13/2013 i got email checklist

06/15/2013 checklist AOS delivered to NVC

06/19/2013 sent other checklist AOS because i looked that i make mistake and first checklist i sent

First off, please only post once, not three times.

To answer your question, you just need to submit a corrected DS-230 to NVC. Simple as that.

I was looking at your timeline, your i 130 was approved really fast smile.png congratulations!

Five months was the average approval for the service centers 2 years ago, so it wasn't really fast whatsoever. Even today with the average being 5-7 months, five months still isn't really fast. I'd only consider petitions approved within 1-3 months "really fast". Just my opinion though...
