If any body is out there, I have an approved I-129F, my fiancé applied for me and app has been approved, we have paid the $240.00 for Visa processing, and can not get assess to the DS 260. form which needs to be filled out on line, does any body know what to do next

U sure u need the ds260? I was recently approved as well and had to fill out the ds230

DS 230 can be found on VJ under forms. If DS 260 is needed and you can not find it, call USCIS. If you call USCIS national calling center, I suggest you do this. Call the number and just wait on phone! DO NOT pick any of the options!!!!! just keep waiting!!! eventually someone - A REAL PERSON will answer!

Also, did you get your CDJ case#, invoice # and beneficiary ID # from the NVC? You need them to fill out the DS-260.

Yes, Juarez requires the DS-260, and not the DS-230.
