After the IR-5 USCIS approval notice, what's next?

Hello everyone,

I received the USCIS approval notice on April 16, 2013.

The next step is for the NVC to receive the petition but how will I know if the NVC already received it?

Will the NVC contact my parents (beneficiaries) abroad or is it me (petitioner) who needs to call NVC?

Please advise, thank you in advance!

I suggest you click on the last 2 links in my signature and do some reading. It'll be the same process for an IR-5 visa as it is for an IR-1/CR-1. The ONLY difference is that there are a couple of petitioner documents needed in the IV package.
