I recieved a rfe letter and I am confused if they are asking for evidence from me or my cosponsor?

I dont get why they would want it from me if I have a cosponsor?

The letter says:

The petitioner/sponsor's income on the Federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% of the povery guideline. The petitioner/sponsor lists their current income on Form I-864 as an amount yo be considered as sufficient; however, no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income.

Please submit evidence of the petitioner/sponsor's current income. Such evidence should include:

Letter of employment

Dates of employment

Nature of job

Wages or salary earned

Number of hours worked

Prospects for future employment and advacment

Pay stubs or other doc. For previous 6 mths

Evidence of other income

What, if any, supporting documentation did you submit with the I-864? The letter is asking for you to submit information -- using the examples they provided -- that shows you earn what you put on the I-864.

Did your co-sponsor include the evidence listed for the income? Start with that. If they didn't then you need to provide it.

Did you yourself include the 864 form with your proof ? If you did not, you must include that regardless of having a co-sponsor.

Neither I nor my cosponsor submitted that evidence...do you think I made enough and didnt need a cosponsor according to my tax info?

If you didn't submit any evidence showing what you made, then you need to provide them with the details that show you (or your co-sponsor) earn enough to qualify.

Will they consider that I make more than what my salary will say in my emplyment letter? I work my regular hours and a lot of times I work overtime so my paychecks will be more than what my employment letter will state.

Then you are required to send evidence listed from both of you. Not sure why you sent none because the instructions specifically state to send what evidence with your forms.
