My wife USC was married before in 2002 to a Ghanaian like me and she also filed i130 for him which was granted and they were together for 7yrs and divorced in 2009. I met my wife in 2012 nov while on a visit but I travelled back to Ghana and I came back towards end of dec 2012 and I myself was going through my divorce in Ghana and my divorce was granted by court in jan 15 2013 and I married my wife here in America 8weeks after. We have proofs and we have taken plenty pictures before and after we got married. I moved into her apartment same day we go married. Pls I would appreciate every advice. Am waiting for my biometric letter

What are the red flags and how do I overcome it

They may be sensing a pattern - your wife likes people from Ghana. Seven years is a long time to be married in the US. I would make sure you have everything to document how you met, that you have a bona fide relationship, and are intermingling assets.

that's true, I will surely provide as much proof as I can
