They ask me for RFE and it was G325 form for me and my spouse....

I submitted back in april 2013.

and till today nothing happen to my case..

lets see...I contact them several times but they give standard reply all the time ...its in processing....

I am new to the forum and I need your help.

My PD is October 21, 2011 and today I received a notification from USCIS asking for more evidence regarding my case. I am worried because I am not seeing anyone receiving this notification. What am I supposed to send? Is this normal??

I have a question to ask: My wife's PD is Sep 08, 2011 and we have not completed our case yet. But my friend of mine is gonna co-sponsor her. And I have been with my wife for 8 months now. Can I wait till my wife gets her visa so that we go together? Would the consular make any problems to her for my stay in my coutry? I also have a reentry permit. What would you guys suggest?

i obtained my LPR trough marriage, and our F2A case just got transferred to my local office..

they probably want to check if my past marriage was entered in bonafide correct?

i got every single document to show it was indeed, just want to make sure maybe someone here got the same experience.

i got an infopass and will go to the office next week

I Call on this no 0016033340700 i ask about ill they still telling me wait for Visa Bulletin still no Visa available i even told that my friends got ill from nvc the girl replied its Not possible because i told her my pd is 10 june 2011 and my case is complete.is there any telephone no where i Call and ask about my case

Not all NVC customer representative will give you a specific answer about your case. Try calling again until you speak with someone whose willing to help you.

Ohh... Im just scared that this is going to delay my process.... May I ask which evidences did you send in the original application? I sent phone bills, air tickets, photos, money transfers and email. I am wondering what more they could be asking for.

_{PD Aug 9, 2011, Case completed May 1, 2013. Called NVC. Rep says they are issuing IL's for cases prior to June 8, 2011. Just confused - if someone with PD of Aug 31, 2011 received IL, why is mine still not scheduling?}

You should call again to speak to another customer representative. The member of our Philippine facebook group with PD Aug 31, 2011 has not received the interview letter yet. He got verbal confirmation from nvc customer rep of his interview schedule.

I called NVC, no IL yet, my PD is Aug, 29,2011, I saw someone with PD Aug 31 got the interview and I thought I could call but they told me they are working on cases till Jun 8

Call NVC, as they are looking at cases prior to June 8, 2011. They will be able to help you regarding your IL.
