Happy for all od IL holders , hope to jump at least 22 aug this month !

My F2A journey:

USCIS:

Sep 2011: I-130 sent

Sep 2011: Priority date

24 May 2013: NOA2(after 606 days: 20 months)

NVC:

31 May 2013: enter into NVC Building,

10 Jun 2013: Case number received,

12 Jun 2013: DS-3032 sent Via E-Mail,

15 Jun 2013: AOS bill received and paid,

22 Jun 2013: DS-3032 accepted,

25 Jun 2013: IV bill received and paid,

11 July 2013: IV & AOS package sent,

7 AUG 2013: IV accepted

7 AUG 2013: checklist for AOS Packages

14 AUG 2013: responding to AOS checklist

12 SEP 2013: Case completed,(after 105 days)

19 SEP 2013 : receive e-mail notification about case completion,

3 OCT 2013 : getting interview letter

30 NOV 2013 : interview day ...

No. Once you completed your case at NVC, they will give you I/L the following month or the month next to it.

The same...My PD date is 6/15/2011.I am in the USA now. I am an internation student get F-1 visa....I change my status in USA.My husband had applied for me since 2011..He is permanent resident.God bless us. Hope next month would be us...If the cut-off date is coming,i could get the green card soon...A little diffrent with you,but most same...i could sent the form-485 to get green card！So happily！

Just Call nvc...no Visa available now because they are working on current Visa Bulletin so we have to wait for NeXT Visa Bulletin which will be pUblished on 10 june 2013

hey guys need ur help please!!

i havent gotten our NOA2 yet, our PDis 12/2/11 but today after 18 months i got a status update it says ur name has been updated relating tonyour I130 petition, please check site for further updates..

what does that mean guys, im i getteung approved or are they doing background cheks?? im excited that we probably will get our NOA2 soon and NVC is moving fast..

anyone has had this happen to them?

I had your situation , in next couple hours you will be approve , don't worry and congrats...

Wow! That's great news apple21! I am waiting for mine and my daughter's IL. PD is July 19,2011!
