It does not need to be family- like I said, look further. Ask EVERYONE you know. Put a post up on your facebook.

It's either that, or you find a job. Or, possibly wait until the brother has a better job if he may be willing to co-sponsor in the future.

time might be on your side, but it's hard to do any forecasting without your timeline.

Please fill out your timeline, with all the data points you have,

over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=158349

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

ok. then you have some time on this.

a lot of time.

having a sponser isn't critical until NVC is ready for I-864 doc intake.

IE - you not need any sponser when filing the I-130.

I suggest you file the I-130 soonish, then when it's approved, seek again for a sponser.

I have been to Mexico in areas where it is not dusty and humid.

You realise that this is not a cheap process, both in fees and it sounds like you will need a Lawyer to put together the waiver.

I assume he has an illegal presence ban, the first thing you need to find out exactly what you are up against. All the issues that may arise.

Find a church home, ask friends, either of you must have had a friends, his cousins or yours

uncle or aunts, maybe get a job taking care of the elderly that allows you to live in with your

child and save, don't you have siblings? It cost a lot to petition a person , even if U got co-sponsor

how will the other fees be paid?....sorry about your child hope U move around & make something

happen.

Agree with you. I lived in Acapulco and Cuernavaca and my older son has sinusitis, rhinitis and athsma.

My husband is living in Mexico and me and my kids are living in Puerto Rico. This process it´s not cheap. Thanks God my hubby has a good job in Mexico and he is paying the process because I´m in home with the kids. You have to think about what´s best for you and your baby. Right now Mexico it´s not a safe place, that´s why I came back to my country...

Consider emigrating to Mexico for a while.

Current unemployment rate in Mexico is 4.51% which is much better than America. Have you considered emigrating to Mexico till the 5 year ban runs out. Yes, pay is low, but rising (~10,000 peso last year (~$8200) but living costs are low. At the end of the 5 year period move back.

"Five years ago, 21 percent of Mexicans said they would be willing to move permanently to another country. Now the rate has dropped to 11 percent, the same percentage of Americans who said they would leave their country behind forever."

So says a new Gallup poll released Monday, which indicates that things are getting better south of the border. There’s more work in Mexico now, and more reasons to stay put.

Or in the meantime go to college. In 2002 I had a few single mom classmates going to college on grants who had assistance for daycare. All graduated as RN's and now make more than $50,000 a year. They essentially had a free ride to a great job.

As for your child's asthma, Portland is not the worst place in America, but it's pretty bad. Talk about humid! And Portland has more than 6 distinct seasonal allergy seasons (pollen), maybe you might rethink that. Portland in not the worst city for childhood asthma but it's in the list (#96) of the 100 worst cities in America.
