You had to bring of an example of something that is happening in a third world country because you can't find any case where an insurgency was successful against the legitimate government of the United States by its citizens: Ever.

BTW, where are the separatists in the "Arab Spring" example? You have gone from fail to double fail.

Well LOL the subject of 'separatists' are your contribution to the topic however I will bite.

The legitimate law of the legitimate government of the United States is set and written in the Constitution and ruled on by the courts. This is the law that we are speaking of and this law, defined under the Constitution, ruled on by the courts, and enjoyed by me and people like me, is fully supported from my side. re-DUH

Your imaginary and fictional laws of your imaginary and fictional future, which are the laws of which you speak, do not actually and at this time exist meaning that the 'insurgency' that you are speaking of is also imaginary and fictional. You are, as you were invited last time your imagination ran away with you, welcome to call in an imaginary insurgency report and the number is the same as last time. 911.

Happy hunting and happy trails.

With this out of the way and as to bad federal laws in history I believe that last time I heard Capone / etc etc etc etc won and in spite of great efforts and great expenditure on the part of the federal government the 18th amendment subsequently bit the dust.

i don't get it.
