HI luzy,

WOW!! You suffer thru a horrible experience. I am sorry that you lost your brother.. May he RIP. I know what happen to Carrol's hubby brought back some bad experince. I can understand that would bring back bad memory's. I would guess that Carol's hubby will be having some sleepless nights.

Carrol, I am happy your hubby did not get hurt and is ok. I will pray for his co worker's family.

Take care

Yogi

The woman shot was a good, sweet person. She just got off maternity leave - and has a baby at home who now has no mother.

I am leaving now to go see what's going on.

Thank you again everyone. (F)

Just wanted to add: had to pick up a couple prescriptions at the pharmacy tonight, and was telling the two girls there about this...they were just horrified as well...like anyone would be. Hope you and Stewart are doing well (as can be expected after being so shaken) and heartfelt condolences to that poor woman's family...have thought of this often today. :( M.

Hi all - thank you so much for all your kind words. Stewart is ok, just very shaken. He and his co-workers went back today in honor of Shannon. She was VERY patient oriented, and they want to honor her memory by helping the patients who need help.

It came out this morning that just a few weeks ago that Shannon and her husband (HS sweetheart, husband for 11 years) found out they were pregnant...

I went to the hospital and sat with Stewart and his co-workers during the grief counseling stuff. They found out officially that she died and you can tell she was a very loved, and cared for woman. It just makes me sick - but we are fine.

Thank you again guys for your words. (F)

So so sad. Thanks for the follow up.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Any update on the criminal? Hopefully she gets the death penalty for such a cold, uncivilized and emotionless killing..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

:(:(

its horrible, simply horrible.

I worked with a lady in kentucky and she was a mom of a 3 yr old and was pregnant by 8 months with her second child. while walking thru the parking garage of our building a car hit one of the walls, the whole cement wall came down, crushing and killing my pregnant co-worker and ofcorse her baby.

and after what happened yesterday at stewarts work, and thinking back on my co-worker, makes me alil more cautious but also makes me cherish life a bit more.

im glad stewart is ok!!!

This is a sad day. This story really upset me. Here is a lady who is wack out on something gets mad and shots someone that is just doing her job. The lady that died will never go home to her baby. I just pray that she hugged her baby and kissed her before she left for work. My heart goes out to the family and all were part of it.

It is a sad day.

She will never go home to her husband, either :( I often notice in news stories when a woman has been murdered, that they will talk about the children she leaves behind, but neglect to mention her husband, the one knows her better than anyone, and probably loves her more than anyone or anything else in the world. Sad as it is, the baby in this case has lost its mother, but didn't really know her yet. The husband has lost the one who mattered the most to him.

:o It is unbelievable that things like this can happen! Girona is right that your hubby will re-live this trauma and to have witnessed such a horrible event is absolutely awful!

This is all so wrong on so many counts that it makes me feel ill. :(

Thanks for updating and hope your hubby will be okay. (F)

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

HI

I read that also in the news. I also read the detectives stated that it was premeditated. She had a argument last friday also.

I don't know about anyone one else, but since she was pregenet I think the killer should be charged with 2 counts of murder.

She had two kids. Oh how sad. She had a 7 yr old and a 7 mo old and was preggy.

I am so sorry my bleeds for her family and kids.
