ya. it wont take 12 hours to travel from Bulacan to manila. so u have options to have Joan commute or try somewhere else that is for pick up then drop off only.

Good Job! Malolos is not that far from manila specially if we are refering to SM North EDSA.

My personal opinion, since she did it with her passport (kudos to her) she should just do the same.

Don't "baby" her too much as the US is not going to "baby" her. (Meant that in all the good way possible)

BTW - im the benefeciary. smile.png

Salamat! Trust me, Joan would not let me do that!!!! That is one of the 1,000's of things that I love about her--her independence.

Why can't she just ride the FX in Bulacan to Sm North Mall, and just take the taxi from there to Ermita? I'm an expat living in Manila, its completely safe and i have done it myself . Much cheaper. Or she can catch any public bus to a terminal in Cubao and taxi from there

Its only like an hour or 2 ride......

i'm glad Joan is in the hotel now Steve. Don't mind the cost. I see how you want Joan to be comfortable as much as possible. I hope her medical will go smoothly starting tomorrow. Goodluck! :)

Steve, you know, Robb & I understands why you are doing this for Joan.. and we are happy that you are doing this for her. It shows how much you want her to be comfortable and happy as much as possible. It also shows how much you love and cares for her to do this kind of stuff. Robb told me that if I am also leaving outside Manila or far far away, he would do the same. lol. We are proud of you. Again, good luck and best wishes to both of you.good.gif
