questions regarding my i-693

Hello guys,

I just got my i-693 sealed enveloppe and received a copy to review for myself.

I have two things worrying me:

- on the first page where I filled my information, it said "phone number - no dashes or ()". However I just noticed I wrote my phone number with dashes and parenthesis...There is no way to change this since it is now in the sealed enveloppe that I cannot touch..

Do you think this might cause a problem? I would be horrified that such a meaningless thing can make them return my application knowing I have been so cautious in every part of the process..

- The doctor had me do a skin test (which turned out to be positive), this is normal I am from France, and I got the BCG twice when I was a kid. The x-ray chest showed healthy loans and he wrote class B Latent TB. He told that is fine it would not be a problem.

Did you guys experienced this with your i-693?

Thank you for your answers.

Phone number is not a problem. it's the most minor of errors. The TB screening sounds correct.
