Hello,

I am hoping someone can kindly fill me in with what to expect from here...:). I am a K1 visa holder and have received my AOS Notice of Actions for my I-485, I-765 and I-131 applications, all dated April 25th. Today I received my Biometrics appointment notice in the post, for May 20th, at the Raleigh USCIS office.

My questions are as follows:

1) How can I best track each of my applications? And determine which office they are being processed at? I have tried to track each of my applications using the USCIS tracker and it doesn't yet recognize my receipt numbers - I am assuming each of the receipt numbers will eventually be recognized by the USCIS system?

2) Is this a good sign that I have received my biometrics appointment so soon? What sort of timescales am I looking at from hereon for each of my applications? Namely I-485, I-765 and I-131?

3) The biometrics appointment letter only refers to my I-765 and I-485 application receipt numbers. Is this correct? As it does not include the I-131 reference number? Does the I-131 application not require biometrics?

Thanks so much in advance for reading my message and assisting me where you can, it is so much appreciated!

:)

Hello,

I am hoping someone can kindly fill me in with what to expect from here...smile.png. I am a K1 visa holder and have received my AOS Notice of Actions for my I-485, I-765 and I-131 applications, all dated April 25th. Today I received my Biometrics appointment notice in the post, for May 20th, at the Raleigh USCIS office. That is good news!

Give it some time, and they should eventually be recognized by the USCIS system.

2) Is this a good sign that I have received my biometrics appointment so soon? Hard to tell. What sort of timescales am I looking at from hereon for each of my applications? Namely I-485, I-765 and I-131? They are all over the board, check recent forum postings for examples, i.e., if approved, the combo card usually arrives within 90 days; AOS… a lot depends on whether or not you have an interview ???

3) The biometrics appointment letter only refers to my I-765 and I-485 application receipt numbers. Is this correct? Sounds just like ours. As it does not include the I-131 reference number? Correct. Does the I-131 application not require biometrics? It sounds like you applied for the I-765/I-131 EAD/AP combo card, and as such the AP is included with the EAD, hence "combo card."

Thanks so much in advance for reading my message and assisting me where you can, it is so much appreciated!

YEAH, EVERY IS OKAY U CAN GO AHEAD AND DO YOUR FINGER PRINT, RECEIPT NUMBER IS GOING TO WORK LATER. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND WHEN I CALL USCIS CUSTOMER SERVICE , I WAS TOLD FROM DAY TO 30 DAYS IT SHOULD WORK, ONCE THEY UPDATE IT IN THEIR SYSTEM. YES I-131 application require biometric BUT ONCE U FILED I 130, OR I485 TOGETHER. U DO ONE FINGER PRINT FOR ALL
