Are they your children, and your fiance is bringing them with you on the K1? They need all of the same forms that you complete, as well as a medical exam - if they are (I believe) over 14 or 16, you will need a police record for them. You have to pay the visa fee for each child -

Did you read the huge thing on USCIS about adoption and how to get adopted kids into the USA? http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=8d5e901bf9873210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=8d5e901bf9873210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Or are you talking about step kids and not an actual adoption?

They are considered stepchildren, and they need the same paperwork as you do for everything except they do not need non-impediment or police certificate, since they are 7 and 4. There are fees to pay at the interview as well.
