Yes he is fine. He got tail-ended (not his fault). Just waiting for the insurance claim to get his car fixed. I'm trying to hurry him up as fast as I can cause I know we have a long wait ahead of us. And our petition will be sent to CSC so i'm hoping they dont slow down too much LOL.

Althou we know we will get RFE due to waiting for California's vital records as he has sent away for his divorce decree. But we will be filing and hopefully by the time the RFE comes in, he should be holding his divorce decree.

I can't remember, but somebody asked if i called for our RFE follow up . Yes,..just talked to my fiance now, he said he called once and its only an answering machine, he didnt speak to anyone, the next day we got the approval.

Oz, when will u submit your docs ? does it take that long for his divorce decree? . i just thought that its better to have all the docs in hand before u submit so it will not take long for you guys, not to mention ur kids paperworks too.

Through the California Vital records, it can take up to 6 months ClockWatch2.gif We do have the dates so we have narrowed it down somewhat so it should be easier to find. Hopefully, we will submit within the next 2 weeks.

Through the California Vital records, it can take up to 6 months ClockWatch2.gif We do have the dates so we have narrowed it down somewhat so it should be easier to find. Hopefully, we will submit within the next 2 weeks.
