Hello,

I need assistance. I have interview date set for next month. All applications appear to be in good order up until recently i read the instruction that says, I have to bring the most up to date tax return, 2012. Petitioner is my wife, she has above the poverty line income for the last 2 years (2010/2011) but after the application completed (2012) she got pregnant and worked part time. So now when they see less income on the last tax, does that affect the application? do i need another person to fill I864 form or what do i do>? Her last income 13,120 two years before was >20K, We have one baby in 2012 ???

ANy Help will be much appreciated

thanks in advance

Hi, I had my interview last week,, I was never asked to show the 2012 tax. But I would suggest that you find other co-sponsor just in case you are asked to show the 2012 tax, because if they see that your 2012 tax is less than poverty line, they will not approve it. That is my guess.

Good luck
