They are slow but steady, when I first put in my timeline in October 2012 my timeline set my noa2 at April 15. It has changed several times but most of the people that had a NOA1 of October 17 got approved around April 20. It is funny how CSC was working petitions in 1 or 2 months when i filed then they stopped completely. A lot of hard work was done by many filers to get them going again now they have caught up to VSC and passed them in the dust. This is the craziest process I have ever seen.

I'm guessing you haven't seen Igor's List this week -- CSC has stopped or slowed to a crawl again. At this rate VSC will be passing CSC up any day now, so the "race" between the two centers (a stupid thing, there's no reason they should be competing!) is far from over. I'm sure they will be leapfrogging over each other in tiny spurts for the foreseeable future.

Relationship since April 2006

K-1 Visa: I-129F filed November 6, 2012, NOA2 May 17, 2013, Interview and Approval July 24, 2013

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

ROC filed December 3, 2015, NOA1 12/4/15, Biometrics 12/31/15, ROC Approval on June 16, 2016, 10-Year Green Card received June 22, 2016.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

I really wish that was true...but as we all can see when put it in perspective, CSC is still in pretty good shape when you look at VSC. CSC has roughly around 100 more approvals than VSC, it will not take much for CSC to clear up 2012 if you look at the approvals here.

I am not trying to make it a "race", just want to say that VSC has not touched any NOV and really not many DEC, and as for OCT...VSC gets 2-4 OCT approvals a day...it's going to be a long time before we get all of OCT finished..still have over 80 some OCT filers to go...at around 15 a week...not a good sign...:(

I do hope that CSC at least starts to approve as many as VSC...this should not be so uneven...back and forth between the centers....:(

This is a 15-30 minute approval process when it gets to someone's desk....it's crazy that we have to wait 6-9 months for someone to get to it....:(

Yes this is definitely the craziest process...it's so unpredictable.

That doesn't sound good at all ClockWatch2.gif I can't imagine how they could turn a 15-30 min process into 6-9 months!

I feel like my life in on pause until this paperwork goes through.

I don't know how accurate this is , but i called VSC 2 weeks ago . I am Feb 21 NA01 and they said to expect NA02 in July . She actually was very nice on the phone . She told me that information after looking up my case number . If she was just saying a month out of her head I do not know . It was very good to hear that and I have faith in VSC . My timeline states Aug 28th -Sept 1st , but I have no faith in that at all !

I highly doubt you'll have it in July. I'm a Jan 17th filer and I'm not expecting mine till July. Bar some really lucky cases, VSC seems to be sticking to the 6 month mark, if not slightly longer. They're on November now, so I expect you'll get your NOA2 around late August.
