The usually only schedule at the beginning of the month, with only a few exceptions. Then they only have few appointments available for eah embassy and they use the Cases complete and the priority dates in order. Sorry but I think your looking at getting scheduled first week of July for an August date. Hope you are an exception, good luck!

DO NOT DELETE: ***USE MOST RECENT LIST AT THE BOTTOM***

Instructions:
If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:
1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"
5. Always use [Courier New] Font. (It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)
6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.
7. Add the date you received your interview date so others can see from case complete to assignment time-frame.

I called NVC this afternoon, and the rep told me that they show me as being in the UK. I know my husband sent in my DS-3032 with the correct contact information for me, because he copied me on the e-mail. I know he sent in the correct address on the forms, because I sent those in myself and just looked at a copy. I just e-mailed nvcinquiry as instructed to correct the problem.

I'm very discouraged. I have had to keep on top of everyone every minute while they mishandle our file a dozen different ways. They still don't seem to be completely clear on whether we sent a DS-230 or DS-260, and we have a case complete!

I know how you feel I just got done eating my bic mac from mcdonald's and I'm gonna sit in the corner until I get that da*n INTERVIEW DATES. C'mon interview schedule fairy we need dates right now hurry! I would do a cheer or dance or clapped but I don't dance like 50 cents I only do 2-step.

While waiting for the interview date, i would like to ask the following:

Is there a list of common questions that are usually asked to our spouses during IR-1 interview?

If minor child is less than 2 years old, is he/she required to be in the Embassy for the interview?

I just talked to someone at the NVC. At the advice of someone at the NVC, we had asked for an expedite due to USCIS error (they misplaced our file between the USCIS and the NVC). That expedite request was not granted. I hope this does not delay our case.

I also heard from someone that the only schedule interviews at a certain time of the month, but it was not clear whether that meant the scheduling was done only at that time of the month, or the interview times were only available during a certain time of the month.

There isn't a specific time of the month when we schedule interviews. We schedule interviews based on the capacity of the embassy." He also said that the expedite request was not going to delay our case and they are going to schedule an interview time as soon as they can.

I don't know where the rumor started that the NVC only schedule interviews at the beginning of the month. I did a search and saw other posters say their interview assignments arrived at other times of the month. It could be that the embassy has a genral update at the beginning of each month, but it doesn't seem to be true that interviews are ONLY assigned at the beginning of the month.

Dose anyone know who set us the interview when its your second time around and how that works!!! I just called NCV they still haven't recieved my case from USCIS to date. But there telling me they don't set the 2nd appt. and they cant tell me how to check when its set....

I dont think you are looking at rumor. If you have been part of this thread for very long you will see. The first 7 days of month about 90% of the interview dates are given. dwheels76, maybe you can confirm this. There is however a few that get dates in the middle of the month, but those are usually expedites. Jut look at the recvd dates in our list and you will see when the majority are given.. I was also told this Kinda "off the record" at about 11pm one night by NVC after calling everyday. But Hey...hope Im wrong and you get your date soon.

Correction about 98% I just looked at the list above. Look at the Received column, that is when we each got our dates, Its the government, they dont want you to know facts you might hold them accountable LOL

Everyone who has gone through talks of hundreds of people lined up in the queue with just a few in the Immigration Visa line.

All you can do is wait and keep eyes here. NVC now been sending out intervew letter like immediately. So when interviews roll out call or wait no matter.

I agree. I emailed my consulate at the beginning of April after not getting a P4 the first week, and they responded saying all May appointments had already been made. However, I got my P4 on April 24th, for a late May interview, which makes me think someone probably cancelled and I got their spot.
