I still believe in the American dream and will continue to comport myself along those lines. I will face any adversity in a fighting stance and will employ all my connections and ability. Having spent most of my life working for "the government", I am truly not afraid. I am aware of what my actions really mean to the agency and know that they would not be considered harmful. Even with my case pending at USCIS, I do not truly believe that they would expose themselves to professional scrutiny to go after someone like me. Any other thoughts would have to be considered paranoid.

Look, I am a big proponent of government. I believe the government is a force for good. But to be that force for good, it must be transparent, it must be accountable, it must be responsive. This is the type of government worker I ALWAYS was. I was transparent, I was accountable and I was responsive. I always made sure that the customer received the service they expected.

To detail this, I will lay out my career a bit. I started out as a bilingual (Spanish-English) financial worker determining eligibility for welfare programs. I was made a lead worker after 3 years. Mere months after that I worked at headquarters as the ombudsman. Having a bent for technical skills, I taught myself web programming and got a job as an IT worker with the agency that administers child support in my state (a little googling and all y'all can figure out who I am now). Even in this position as a web dev, I had constant contact with clients and employers. I even still had contact with people wanting to know about welfare benefits. One thing I ALWAYS did is to make sure that they were put in contact with the right person to address their concerns. The last thing I told each and every client I served: "Consider me your last point of contact. I will try to have someone who can help you contact you, but if you do not hear anything, you call me. I am the person responsible for you until you get what you need." Seldom did they have to contact me again, but let me tell you that each and every person was enriched by that type of contact. That is what government should be. That is the service we should expect. I know because I provided that service.

It is not possible to open a website where to post all this data? I believe that many will join.

I plan to make the data available (albeit without receipt numbers) for you to play with. Stay tuned.

A common misunderstanding of the Anonymous persona is that it is used primarily to provide safety from responsibility or repercussions by cloaking ones identity.

The truth is quite the opposite.

While our branch of Anonymous does not operate outside the law, other branches have, and many of our brethren have been arrested for their activities.

The guise of Anonymous increases the scrutiny and potential of prosecution if illegal activity is engaged even if done in the greater cause of good for mankind. In a few cases the wearing of the persona has resulted in the death of the individual members. These martyrs to the movement knew the potential cost for participation in their selected operations.

Each branch operates independently determining its own operations and goals. Each member selects their own participation. Anonymous is less of an organization and more of a meme for groups and individuals to organize under.

The purpose of the Anonymous mask is intended primarily to remove ‘self’ from the equation. Reducing the potential of individual corruption. A head can be removed. A leader can be stopped or corrupted. Personal gain or power can pollute a motive that once was pure. Anonymous removes the ‘self’ from the issue. This transforms the focus correctly away from the individual and to the idea, the cause at hand.

The individual is not what is important. The idea, the cause is what is important.

As you see we have succeeded. The idea continues. We applaud your efforts and will assist in any way we can. Freedom will always prevail.

I think the moderators have made a bad decision. While its their choice, and we can't do much about it, I'd love to know how many of them are waiting for K-1. Not at all suprised that the complaint to VJ was from someone already with their loved one. Lets hope they have the decency to post on here their objections.

My opinion of Anonymous has always been that I supported the spirit, although I have not always supported the individual actions. This particular action is above reproach. It is a simple manipulation of publicly accessible data.

As we stated in our video message to USCIS we will conduct no illegal or damaging activity in this operation.

Any activity outside of our prescribed methods would only serve counter to our goals. Such activity would be used as an excuse for delays as if it were the cause not the effect.

Case in point is when CSC suffered a plumbing problem. While a handful of files suffered minor water damage this had no impact on the processing of applications. No servers were damaged, and the files represented had already been scanned. However, this did not stop USCIS representatives from promoting this as the reason for delays. While CSC was indeed closed for repairs to this plumbing issue its effect was minor, but promoted as being a major stoppage of work as if it accounted for months of delay.

CSC has no problem promoting fictions like this. We will not hand them a new fiction to promote.

all I have to say is thank you TylerDurden and to your team for providing us with REAL!!!!!!! data, the data here on VJ is better than nothing but it's only a fraction .... of a fraction of the real data. hopefully your team could find a way to provide us with the truth.

I believe having access to the WAC numbers is a good idea when providing data to our representatives, because when we say " well some person on the Internet site said he was approved 4 months after me! " .... hear say isn't valid data .... it's providing our representatives with blanks

but providing TylerDurdens real data to our representatives ... now we can provide our representatives with some bad ### ammo .....and with real ammo you can fight wars with.

because if there truly is a way to get personal information from WAC numbers then Mr Durden should be the last of your worries hahaha

a child in Iran , N korea can easily go through all the WAC number and get all your personal information ......
