Now now Ozgirl onwards and upwards. Million things to do not much time to do them. You maybe wondering why I am up at this crazy hour jiggling to your happy news lol. Plus I got the darn medical today so I guess I won't relax till its over and done with. Plus I feel like a teenager again woke up with a spot right on my forehead. Stress is not a good thing. Looks like I have a third eye haha haha.

So here's the deal, stalk the post man daily lol. Mine is scared of me I keep harassing him for mail he don't have. I think he is likely to put out a harassment charge on me soon lol.Then get on the phone to NVC and stalk them to get your case number. Although you may have to wait a few weeks before stalking them. Super pleased for you. Are the kids jumping up and down now??

In my initial application, we sent in receipts/stubs from any travel back and forth, copies of phone records, credit card receipts showing purchases that would prove I had been to visit him, as well as photos of us as a couple... I would send as much as possible to prove your ongoing relationship.

We received notice that an RFE was mailed today 9/4. Our NOA 1 was 5/30 through CSC.

I had a feeling we didn't have enough evidence of our relationship in our petition; however, our lawyer, well respected, said it was sufficient. It was airline tickets from my last visit to Mexico and a copy of my FMM form.

Will be interesting to see what it is for.

Good Luck for your medical, You wont need it thou. Have confidence that things will fall into place. good.gif Dont stress about about your spot. A bit of makeup will cover it ;) The Dr. wont fail you cause of a spot. My US fiance will stalk the mailbox for few days or early next week. Then I'll get him to call DOS for the SYD case number. Then I can move on to medicals for me and my kidlets. shocked.gif Here comes the first lot of major expenses.

If our approval came tomorrow, i would be completely amazed as our file just got transferrdd Sept 4 to TSC. But i am just starting on my documents. I have my fingerprint check on Tuesday. Then i still need to do all the documents and don't know where to start lol.

Well since you have just been transfered, hang tight and while doing so, yeah do some of your other forms. There is talk about the DS230 being replaced by the DS260, but hopefully I'll get packet 3 from Syd and see if they have changed what is current on their packet 3 and I can let you know.

The DS230 is a real PITA. To be safe and ready, do that form first as it can take some time thinking of all your previous address etc.

The new DS260 is all online, so no need for printing. It gets sent straight thru to the embassy.

I'll give a link to what I found about packet 3 and you can make a start on what you feel like..
