Hi may filers. Just seen on Igors list that a march 12 noa1 has been approved noa2 on the 24th may with California. What's going on here. This person did not even get a expedite. It's getting confusing as to how these papers are being processed. Doesn't seem fair onside ring people are still waiting from nov dec 2012. Anyone has any input on this situation?

it seems that csc is trying keep up on their average processing time now that DACA is being transferred by other service center.i know its unfair but we never know what's going on there. i read somewhere from a previous employee there that each of them will be evaluated from there officers, fast and efficient will be given extra points but any delays and mishap will be dealt accordingly.i think now each of them just pick any box and work it through..lets just hope we are those lucky people being process right now.be positive everyone!

Finally got the snail mail Noa1 in the post today. It was dated 7th of may. We got the noa1 email the 8th of may and now the hard copy has arrived on the 29th of may. Wow I really began to blame the poor mail man thinking he stuck it in the wrong mail box. I guess it wasn't him this time round lol. Vermont get a move on everything is takeing you guys so long lol. I will be a old woman before I get married if this continues. Fingers cross for all.

I was coming on here to see what all of those moving petitions could mean! We have a friend who filed in January and was transferred to another location and were getting worried! Let's hope it means things will go faster for us! No change in my timeline calculation yet, but it did say on the USCIS website that Vermont was down to a 5.5 month processing time! dancin5hr.gif

My main worry now is how long it's going to take his embassy to process the visa if we're approved :( It looks like they're taking 4 months! Sounds ridiculous to me... cray5ol.gif

Wow not checked since a few days now but the last time I saw the USCIS site it was dated October 15 . So I gues the file transfers have put them back on track. The good news is that some feb march filers have been approved so fingers crossed we shall get there sooner than later.

Hello again may filers. It seems our group is now complete since we are now in June. All new comers under may welcome to the group and wishing all a speedy noa1 for those still waiting and a speedy noa2 for those who have already received noa1. Now guys it would be great if we can keep each other informed of what happening with individual processes. So those who have not filled out their timelines pls do so so we can all be helpful to each other during this long wait. The good news is Vermont seems to be transferring files to get within the 5 months processing time. I have checked the website they still have not changed the date yet. It's still showing 15 October as the people they are processing. I do however know that's not the case since they transferred at least 2-3 months worth of files to other local centres for processing I would presume the waiting time is either less for the rest of us or at least within the 5 months they say it takes. Here's hopping. Meanwhile on to preparation for when that noa2 does finically come. So lets keep this thread rolling guys.

We may Filets only have 48 recorded cases on igors list. there most probably other applicants that hare not on The forum or have not filled out their timelines.could be that around this time of year business is slower for USCIS? giving the, a chance to catchup with their work loads.Previous months have had high k1 filers recorded for the Vermont list. That's good news hopefully once they get round to us it won't take too long to start seeing approvals.

hopefully it will be!!! keeping my fingers crossed, i'm always checking on our status every single day, one passing day is one day closer to being with my fiance, can't wait. prayers are powerful.

It is just most of this month's filers have not figured out how to use the interwebs yet. The list of the people for a certain month on Igor's list steadily grows until approvals start.

It depends on where you look on the USCIS website. One location says 5.5 months and the chart still says October 15. but it does say that the last update for the 10/15 date was completed in March 2013 so hopefully they just haven't updated the chart as of yet

June 3, 2015 ..Faxed expedite proof....waiting response....fingers crossed

June 4, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxxxxxxxx, was assigned to an officer for response.

June 18, 2015 EAD CARD APPROVED AWAITING DELIVERY!!!

June 24,2015 EAD/AP combo card picked up by USPS

June 25, 2015 EAD/AP card received

October 6, 2015 email stating greencards in production!!!
