There's the problem according to the UK regulars. If you try again - and make no mention of the fact your case is in transit - you should be able to book it. Just give them the case number, don't mention that you don't have Packet 3 yet.

Hi all we received a letter yesterday from NVC saying they had sent our case to London and giving the case number in the letter. It was just a basic one page standard letter.

I have booked my appointment for medical in September. Today I went to get the US size pictures in snappy snap it was kind of expensive just for 4 pictures . Oh we'll its all adding to the cost.

Any approvals today?

Awesome. The reason they don't like giving out appointments without Packet 3 being sent is the fact that they feel it can get lost if London don't have your files yet, but if NVC have sent it on to London and your appointment is next week, you should be alright. Full steam ahead!

Nice to see you back. Yes hang in their it's worth the wait.glad your new job is going well. I been busy trying to arrange my home giving stuff to charity and boxing things. We were planning it for May but now where Amy's family aren't coming down from Michigan and my family won't be going either, we're having two receptions on each side of the Atlantic. So we may cancel the part of the park we had booked for the wedding ceremony in May, or use it for a photoshoot instead. But other than that, I don't have anything else to tie up.
