That's our plan.. we are like the "visual" type of person that needs to see and feel everything first before we can decide.. so we will probably do some "state hopping" until we find the perfect place for us.. (haha! is there such a term? or just me inventing.. LoL).. hoping we get our approval soon.. am happy for you, at least you're moving forward now..

As for your approval whats happening with the EAC numbers around yours any movement there? I hope you get yours soon. We are in the last few leg of the k1. So I am praying it all goes well then on to AOS once I arrive in the usa.

Yes it's best to do it like a story cos if you do end up with a interview that's strict at least they can see the whole history and everything is explained. I am sure you will do great at the interview. Your visa will be in your hand in no time.

I submitted much of these documents when submitting the I-129F. It's interesting to me the requirements for relationship evidence varies from embassy to embassy, but that's how it goes I guess.

its ok Ryan&amy... its a may filer forum... and theirs a lot also of may filer that the consulate is in the Philippines... im comfortable with this forum.. hehehe question are answered... this is the only forum i follow..hehehe

I always follow through a practice of have the info with you cos you never know who is haveing a bad day and waiting to deny your visa. If you have it all prepared with you you can't go wrong. I know on the UK forum many who have gone for their interviews say they don't ask for all that stuff and they don't even look at the pictures etc. just few questions and visa is issued. Now what if Sod's law decides it wants to knock on your door that day and the person interviewing you does request pics and other evidence. Cos technically they are within their rights to request this. So what do you do. Yep it's always best to take it all and if they don't ask for it then drag it back home agin. this is your future we are talking about. You may only get one chance to convince the interviewer your in a bonafide relationship so make it a good one. I don't know about you but I am scared of Sod's law lol.

I'm done with this too although we've sent a lot with the I-129F package too hence their fast approval. you really need to show everything as far as the relationship go and even proofs after filing the petition although most people say they rarely ask these but its good to be prepared just in case. they also said that the interview don't even last 5 mins but anyway, good luck to each and everyone of us! we only have one goal and that is to be with our future spouses and it will be very very soon!

Yes that's true ozgirl I had my fiancé go and notarise ours so it was current. Any news from rfe yet?
