Yay I got a text message and an email telling us that our application is on the way to csc. We received a NOA1 May 21, 2013. Im so excited the wait has officially started. I'm praying we get a NOA2 quickly! let's stay positive and let's pray time fly's.smile.png

Hello may filers good news. It seems Vermont finally realised they can't cope with the. Back log and are now transferring dec and jan filers cases to other offices. A bunch of people have received messages from them. We may get there sooner than we think. At least I hope we do.i think this is a good thing they are doing cos it means it will lesson the waiting time.

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

we got an email of notice of acceptance last May 22, sent the petition May 15. are we gonna recieve another notification for NOA1 before they send the actual mail (hardcopy)? or is that email the NOA1 notification already? when we check our case status, its says something about Alien Registration number being changed.

Hi all. We sent off our application May 24th Friday but with d Holiday tomorrow I guess we will receive notification text/email within the week. I hope we fall under May filers because I like the positive attitude of the people here. I have a feeling that May/June filers will get NOA2 in less than 4 months. Let's keep our hopes positive. Hi may filers. Just seen on Igors list that a march 12 noa1 has been approved noa2 on the 24th may with California. What's going on here. This person did not even get a expedite. It's getting confusing as to how these papers are being processed. Doesn't seem fair onside ring people are still waiting from nov dec 2012. Anyone has any input on this situation?

I agree, that is a little odd. It definitely doesn't seem like first come first served! Aside from an expedite I'm unaware of any other considerations that might get someone to the front of the line, but then I'm not very familiar with the inside workings of USCIS - oh well, I'm happy for them!!!

Finally!!! We received our NOA 1 and our application will be processed in Vermont Service Center. I keep on reading here but I cant figure the average processing time to get NOA 2 I noticed most May Filers are in CSC.

Hope all of us here gets approval sooner that we think.

Yes it does seem like things will start working out for nov de filers finally now there files are being transferred to other offices . I do hope so for them. Some of those people have waited far too long. Keeping fingers cross for us all.
