They got our reply for RFE on the 19th, so looks like we are both waiting for the NOA2's around the same time. We were told it could take up to 60 days for a reply, but I am really hopeful it will not take that long. Next week would be fantastic. Hope good news comes to you soon, bryneff!

we're gonna call today too, hope they can give us our case numbers now, i have everything done on my end, just need the documents that my fianće will send me and pay for everything and do the medical and interview. the only thing that i need right now is the manila case number and my resignation letter since i'm still employed. i need to spend some time with family before i leave.

we're gonna call today too, hope they can give us our case numbers now, i have everything done on my end, just need the documents that my fianće will send me and pay for everything and do the medical and interview. the only thing that i need right now is the manila case number and my resignation letter since i'm still employed. i need to spend some time with family before i leave.

I tried booking my medical today and the lady at the medical clinic said no she can't book the medical till the file reaches London. Which is strange cos when I ready the uk forum people booked their medicals while their case was in transit to the consulate. I tried to book it for two weeks from now she said they have been told by the embassy not to book medicals till the case Arrives at the consulate as people's files have been lost that way. Anyway I will wait till Tuesday and see what happens since Monday is. Bank holiday here I doubt anything will get done till tuesdaynor Wednesday. Right now the CEAC website status still shows as in-transit. Anyway will see what the new week brings.

as for us here, once we have the case number, we can pay for visa fee, schedule the interview and do the medicals even while its still in transit to USEM, just make sure to schedule the inteview to a latter date so that by then the consulate should be able to have your papers. thank you and i hope we do get it today.

Noticed today on the Department of State site that our status was updated from 'In Transit' to 'Ready'. It then says 'Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section'. I guess this means our packet was received today at the Moscow consulate. Dare I say this is going too fast.
