done with the DS forms and also i'm not sure if DS 230 part I needs to be filled out but i did. the only thing that i'm waiting for is the Manila Case Number which we will try to have tomorrow when my fianće calls them. goodluck on everyone that is still waiting and hopefully soon we will all go through the medicals and interviews together.

I still didn't get my NoA2 hardcopy.

I called and spoke with a Tier 1 and they told me I would have to file for a duplicate and pay a $405 fee. I was like "I don't see how I should have to pay for a duplicate when I never received the original". I asked to be transferred to a Tier 2 and they sent an email to the TSC requesting I be sent another copy. If I don't get one in the next couple weeks, I'm contacting my congressman.

They still have not forwarded my case to NVC.

Hey welcome back. I do believe a lot of people who were Tsc transfers have not received their noa2 hard copy yet. There obviously a problem with the system. I don't suppose you have a case number either? Mines just in-transit to London as of Tuesday.

No news as to my case being sent via electronic notification. I planned on calling to find out in a few minutes though.

I just find this frustrating, because I could get NVC to inquire to TSC if I had my NoA2, but I don't have my NoA2, because they "mailed" it but didn't really mail it.

Then when I call I'm given a line of bullsh!t and left sitting wondering ####### is going on. The process has gone fast for me, and I'm thankful for that -- but it's supposed to pick up speed now, not slow down. :C

I emailed my congressman, explaining the situation and explaining it seems to be a recurring issue that is happening to many people in the TSC.

Wow! Congrats! It seems CSC is really moving while VSC transferred to TSC is stuck! Your NOA1 is days after our NOA1. Sigh...

Anybody from TSC got their NOA2 from Aug21-22?

Thanks, everyone!!! We're so excited to do the next steps, thankfully reading VJ almost everyday has given us enough background on what we need to do every step of the way...

Those still waiting, don't lose hope! Last week I was feeling so down because very few people have been getting approvals and every time I check Igor's list it seems that a lot of people that filed later than us have been getting approvals already...So yeah waiting does suck when you feel you've been left behind, but then the approval hits you and you suddenly don't know what to do, haha. Keep the faith! One thing's for sure: the wait definitely tests your patience, and in our case, helped increase it a bit too

They got our reply for RFE on the 19th, so looks like we are both waiting for the NOA2's around the same time. We were told it could take up to 60 days for a reply, but I am really hopeful it will not take that long. Next week would be fantastic. Hope good news comes to you soon, bryneff!
