We don't want you to give up anything worth haveing doesn't come easy. So stick around so we can all support each other. We are like a family now even after we all get our visa sorted out we still continue to communicate. after all AOS is another battle to overcome right? Not yet. Still at Vermont under initial review but trying to stay positive. I have my finger print appointment for my police check on Sept 10 so as i get that sent, i will start filling out all thw paperwork soon and have my fiance fill out his relevant forms:) Gotta keep the faith.

Your so right OF and LG we all have to stay positive I too believe you guys we start getting your approvals before the end of the month. Like you said the best way is to keep busy to pass the time. There's so much valuable information on the site to help prepare us all for next few steps. We will all still need each others support during AOS as well so I hope we all stick together.

My advice.. I would put the correct dates on the new form and maybe attach a note to say that you had made a mistake on the previous form. Just in case your employment details gets looked into. You will need to provide pay stubs if it was your last line of work, and if they dont match, it could be a red flag that may slow your case down while the correct details get investigated.

This is my advice only not the correct know-how. Good Luck

ill just prepare a g325a with correct dates i guess.it wasnt my last line of work thats why i made a mistake because it was year 2010 but when i recheck my certificate of employment thats where i saw the problem. hopefully they wont look into it. btw, im the beneficiary and was filling up my forms when i saw the issue.

that's sometimes next week. Hope things does move next week. The bank holiday here on Monday doubt nothing will get done in the London embassy. But things should still keep moveing at uscis unless they takeing a holiday too lol.

The consulate do not question this. They may ask what you work as but it is not part of the requirements to go digging up certificates. You could all but be unemployed for all they care. There main concern is that you don't become a public charge once you get to America. Hence the reason for I-134 and supporting documents. No need to worry about your certificates.

done with the DS forms and also i'm not sure if DS 230 part I needs to be filled out but i did. the only thing that i'm waiting for is the Manila Case Number which we will try to have tomorrow when my fianće calls them. goodluck on everyone that is still waiting and hopefully soon we will all go through the medicals and interviews together.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online
