I see a lot of cases in my group have the Alien number changed. Does this means I would have to get that number changed before I'm near my approval???

5/10/2013 - NOA1 received
8/22/2013 to 8/29/2013 - Visit for one week. Christopher stayed with mom.
10/24/2013 - RFE
11/25/2013 - NOA2 Approved!

01/31/2014 - INTERVIEW: Officer said everything was good, but gave us a 221g to submit a co-sponsor with form I-864

2/12/2014 - Was told to file Waivers

5/21/2014 - Waivers I-601 and I-212 filed

12/19/2014 - Waivers Approved

01/26/2015 - K1 VISA ON HAND!!!!!!

Thanks... I only remember my case being touched because my fiance (beneficiary) moved and I sent to update her address.

By the way Congress representative sent an inquiry about my case two days ago.

I had calld them too a day before the mail came in. They told me that they had sent it out on August 6th so I'm sure you'll be getting your case number soon too!

Wow, I can't believe you got your NOA2 so soon. I am definitely envious of you!! But in general, I'm happy that a couple out there will be reunited soon :)

Applied for Naturalization based on 3-year Residency 

July 05, 2017 (Day 00) -  Submitted N400 Application, filed via USPS to Phoenix Lockbox

July 10, 2017 (Day 05) - NOA received

July 12, 2017 (Day 07) -  Check is cashed by USCIS

July 19, 2017 (Day 14) - Biometrics appointment letter mailed

August 02, 2017 (Day 28) - Biometrics appointment at Seattle Field Office

August 28, 2017 (Day 54) - Case is "in line" for an interview"

August 28, 2018 (Day 419) - Interview is scheduled

October 4, 2018 (Day 462) - Citizenship Interview AND Oath (offered same day oath by ISO in Seattle, WA)

This entire process is started to annoy me. Why assign receipt numbers if you are not working in order. I don't know what the hold up is but it is very frustrating to pay for something and have to wait for so long and can't get straight answers when you call.

I completely agree! It makes no sense at all why some are approved before others you filed before them.

Hey guys! Looks like we're in this together (all the remaining May filers left at VSC). I'm starting to get very annoyed it and a little upset seeing others ahead of me being approved. Trying my best to be positive.
