October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

Only have two rfes in my batch 5746 and 5747.

5742 and 5743 got transferred.

out of our group of 8. 5 of us got approved 5740, 5741,5744,5745.5748..

Although it seems they have not even bothered to update one of the rfe. The other rfe has sent in a reply since 11th July yet no approval. Hope that person is on their case calling them every day.

I was suppose to call up dos today but I just didnt have the energy nor did i want to hear pls give 8 weeks again so I didn't bother. Just spent the day bakeing a pumpkin cake it was yummy!! See how they make you turn to food when your suppose to be dieting lol.

my fiancee called today at nvc..yes they said 8 weeks..then they ask my fiancee when we get our noa2.. he said august 5.. then they told him call last week of the month... or end of this week,,, lol..my fiancee got confused for a minute,,, then said ok.. lol hehehe

i'm hoping we could have the case number soon, fianće will call them up Friday and i sent an email inquiry already. just re applied for the police clearance although i still have a valid one, they said they need a newer one, one that's at least filed just weeks before the actual interview so will just wait and see what happens there. i'm hoping to be done with medical on sept and schedule an interview by october. i'm still currently employed so that's keeping me busy while waiting.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online
