I can't understand whats taking your hard copy so long to come. It was like our noa1 took a good 3 weeks before we got it yet the noa2 only took a week I could only put it down to they had not posted it on the date they said the had. I wonder if that's the case with your Noa2.

USCIS is hardly ever fair. But when that happens that's the time to get your local Congressman and/or Senator involved.

Have any of the May filers had any luck with NVC yet? We got our NOA2 almost 2 weeks ago, the hard copy within a week of that, and my fiance called NVC last night with no luck. The person was very nice and didn't give the whole "30 day waiting period" speech, but said they had not received it yet. He's going to call back Friday or Monday.

Filed for my police certificate today, which should take 4-6 weeks according to the officer. (Just the normal one, not the fingerprints). I'm not really rushing the other stuff until it at least gets to NVC, though. I almost feel like it would be worse to have it ready and be just sitting here waiting to send. Lol.

NVC Received file today and issued MNL case number! NOA2 was July 30th! Moving forward! So happy!

Did you just called today? I got approved 29th so I wonder if mine has reached NVC too.

Yes we are all in the same boat waiting on NVC. You were approved long before us they should have received yours by now.

Yes the NVC things seems like more of a challenge than the noa2 lol.

I will assume that since they are coming from two different centres that its a Vermont thing again lol. I bet it's cos yours was coming from California that's why NVC has received your file quickly. No such luck with vsc. Keep us updated on your case and interview etc.

You might want to call them tomorrow and see if your file got sent out with rick and Lyn. They are from the same Csc as you so it would make sense that your case number is already waiting for you. No harm in checking.

I called DOS this morning and they had no info yet. I called NVC tonight at about 9 PM EST, and they had everything ready for me. I have been calling twice a day for 2 weeks, lol, you never know!

Hi rick and Lyn. Maybe I need to do the same. I called dos Monday. Tomorrow I will try NVC. Maybe by some miracle they might have our file. Thanks for the info appreciate it.

August 27, 2013 - CEAC website says Ready for Interview

August 27, 2013 - Schedule my Interview online ( Interview date September 11, 2013 )

August 27, 2013 - Received letter from NVC

September 3, 2013 - passed my Medical @ St. Luke ( 2 days medical Sept. 2 and 3 )

September 06, 2013 - CFO seminar

September 11, 2013 - Visa Approved smile.png

September 11, 2013 - my visa status changed from ready to AP

September 12, 2013 - my visa status changed from AP to Issued

September 16, 2013 - Visa on hand smile.png ( 3 business day after my interview )

October 01, 2013 - Detroit (POE) Welcome to Michigan

November 17, 2013 - Got married!

December 16, 2013 - mail our AOS

December 23, 2013 - USCIS Chicago Lockbox received my Package

December 28, 2013 - Received a text message 3 application is on the process

Jan 3, 2014 - Got my NOA hard copy

Jan 09, 2014 - Got my Appointment notice ( Jan 29, 2014 )

Jan 29, 2014 - Biometrix done

Feb 07, 2014 - Check status online ( For Testing and Interview )

Feb 26, 2014 - Check status online ( EAD card production and AP approved)

March 03, 2014 - EAD card is coming ( March 5 according to USPS )

March 05, 2014 - Got my EAD card

March 06, 2014 - Got my Interview date ( April 15, 2014 )

OF and OL am right behind you. I know when u get your NOA2 I will definitely be d next in line. Still at VSC and I can't wait. I have a positive feeling that this week it will come at last. Let's keep our hopes up all May filers.

Same here! I cant wait!! I really want to get that NOA 2, since my boss is asking for 2 months work turnover of my work!! Dont worry I will let you know as soon as I get it! Wooohhhhhhh this waiting game is killing me, no matter how i keep myself busy here still NOA2 is playing on my mind!

Well it looks as if VSC is back to touching petitions. 2 May petitions were approved today according to Igor's list. Their NOA1 dates are May 16th and 17th.

This is goodnews!

On my group, only one got approval but the rest is initial review and no one transferred to TSC. All of our A# is June 3.

1/20/2011 - Wendy left to Guatemala. our son stayed with me.

3/25/2013 - I became a U.S. Citizen
5/07/2013 - I-129F sent.
5/10/2013 - NOA1 received
8/22/2013 to 8/29/2013 - Visit for one week. Christopher stayed with mom.
10/24/2013 - RFE
11/25/2013 - NOA2 Approved!

01/31/2014 - INTERVIEW: Officer said everything was good, but gave us a 221g to submit a co-sponsor with form I-864

2/12/2014 - Was told to file Waivers

5/21/2014 - Waivers I-601 and I-212 filed

12/19/2014 - Waivers Approved

01/26/2015 - K1 VISA ON HAND!!!!!!
