hey..its sooo frustrating seeing others around my case number getting approve except our petition, just today the next to mine just got approve. this is really stressing me out, im May 1st filer and just seeing filers after ours getting approvals just makes me sad..im really happy for those who got approve but its unavoidable to feel this way when you really just want to be with your love..never giving up my hope to get it this month..

hey..its sooo frustrating seeing others around my case number getting approve except our petition, just today the next to mine just got approve. this is really stressing me out, im May 1st filer and just seeing filers after ours getting approvals just makes me sad..im really happy for those who got approve but its unavoidable to feel this way when you really just want to be with your love..never giving up my hope to get it this month..

Sorry to hear you have not had your approval yet. It will come you just have to site tight. There's lots going on right now with uscis. Particularly with vermonts many transfers. I know your California but it does seem like California has slowed down a little. But keep the hope it won't be long now. May files are getting approved earlier than we are suppose to. I didn't expect a approval till November which would be within the so called 5 months time frame. But I got approved in 2 months 3 weeks. I was probably one of the lucky ones. Also you have to bare in mind it's not on a first filed first approved bases it's on a first background check that comes back on time then they deal with those first while waiting for others. You will get your approval soon keep your spirit up god will do is miracles.

So true...it looks like after the 2 day wave of approvals, transfers and RFE's that they have slowed down. I too am happy for the approvals but a tad bit upset/antsy/jealous that I am still waiting. I keep telling myself that it's just not my time and when God is ready for me to take the step it will happen. Hopefully, we'll get approved before month end.

So true...it looks like after the 2 day wave of approvals, transfers and RFE's that they have slowed down. I too am happy for the approvals but a tad bit upset/antsy/jealous that I am still waiting. I keep telling myself that it's just not my time and when God is ready for me to take the step it will happen. Hopefully, we'll get approved before month end.

Did you end up being one of the transfers or are you staying at vsc? If you stay that's also a good thing cos now they don't have many files left. I feel you will be surprised in the next week your approval is on its way.

Hey how's the process going for you? Any luck with getting your file sent to NVC yet since your approval. I called them and the said it could take up to 8 weeks.

Yes. I called them on Tuesday and they said it was sent to the Embassy already and they gave me the case number. It took 2 weeks to go from my NOA2 approval date to the Embassy. Amazing! I emailed the Embassy and they said they have the petition and will mail the Packet 3. I'm already done with the forms that I have to send the Embassy. I'm only worried about how long it will take to get the interview scheduled. I heard it can take some time.

1/31/2014 I-485 accepted receipt number and hard copy has been sent. Processed at National Benefits Centre.

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm
