They are currently on November lot so we got a lot of waiting time.

November is the official time they're on, but there have been December and January filers also getting NOA2s or RFEs the last week or so, so there's hope it won't be that slow. :)

I just got that same message last night about 11:00pm. I'm not sure what that means. I logged onto my USCIS account and it basically just said the same thing. Is this a number we need to know? I don't see an alien number anywhere on the I-797C that they sent. I guess it's nice to know my fiancee is an official "alien" now!

From what I've read on other posts the "A" number changes right after you get the NOA1. It'll still be a long wait until NOA2

Yes I saw that on some of the posts. Honestly Vermont need to get a move on they are way to slow California is doing better than them.

I guess all off us may filers who got that cant all be waiting around for another 7 months.some of us will be lucky and get things done quicker.

On the positive side it's not unknown for people to get the A number and get the Noa2 a short while after

I saw on here it happened to a few people before. All depend on who is handling your case and luck.

I'm new here. We sent the Forim I-129 May 3. Unfortunately, we didn't fill up the form that allows us to be notified once they receive it. I asked my fiance to check if his personal check has been en-cashed. He said no. I wonder how many days it will take for them to en-cash it so I can already get my tracking number.

Hey every one

I have decided to get all my info together so am not ust waiting around doing nothing. I found a great post where someone from the Uk put all the info for packet 3. So I have downloaded the police cert form and will send it off in a few weeks since i have found out its good for a year. I will get my immunisation report and take whatever I have not had from my doctor. I found my daughter and sons birth cert and mine amongst the many papers in my home lol. Thank god. so put everything in A envelope ready with all our passports. I located the online forms to be filled out so will wait for packet 3 before filling those out. I figured if I get stuff prepped now I won't be stressing later cos nothing worse than delaying more time when they finally approve you to go for the medical.

I know there's still a long wait but no harm in getting ready.

i was actually thinking of doing the same thing. Spent some time last night researching what would be required for packet 3 and the interview. It sounds less stressful this way, doesn't it? Especially since the NOA2 approvals seem to be coming at rather unpredictable times (Sept filers and Jan filers getting it at the same time, for example.). I'd hate to suddenly get it and then get stuck waiting to get things done...

That's what I thought. It's unpredictable when we can get NoA2 so it makes so much sense to get the papers needed for packet 3 together.

I noticed that ja and sept are all randomly getting Noa2 what about the people before? There's a awful lot of gaps unfilledon Igors list it's scary to think we may have to wait for them to do all those untouched files first before they touch mays files. Then again I saw some rfes for march filers. Looks like they are just doing there own thing in Vermont randomly picking up any file lol. The worst part s when I see people who filed in July or June that have nothing down. On their time line after noa1 surely it's because they have not logged n to VJ not that they have not received NoA?. I hope it goes smooth for the rest of us.
