Hi godsrule thank you for those lovely words. I felt it would help us all to keep the thread running since we are all in this together. Also as I am a fellow countrywoman of Nigeria It pleases me to see other Nigerians here. I have actually lived in the Uk for 30 odd years so essential moving to the US is like starting Again. But I thank god that where the will is strong and his might power is performing his miracles It will take me no time to settle in. I am of course a emergency nurse here in the UK and have also sat the US nursing board NCLeX exam so I have a nurse licence in Georgia finding a job will be easy. It would be nice to keep things going still helping others to keep the faith that their approvals will come soon. It would also be interesting to hear from people leaving their home country and moving to another country what they think the challenges would be e.g work, adapting to new environment , making new friends, establishing a home life etc.

Ok so am still checking on numbers and noticed that they have not yet touched 5742, 5743 5744, 5745, 5748 and 5746 and 5747 still waiting for someone to approve their rfe. 5749 is not a i129f application . So in the group I was following only two approvals 5740 and 5741 mine and someone else. Come on Vsc continue approving may files. Routing for more may files to be approved today.

Yes we did. My USC fiance had to send away to get his divorce decree as he couldn't locate it at the time of filing. We sent a letter explaining that it had been ordered and it was up to a 6 month wait for it to arrive, and that we were happy to provide a copy if more evidence was required.

We were astounded by the 6 month wait and didn't want to put off filing. At the time CSC had only just begun to speed up it's processes.

48 days after filing our package, the divorce decree had been located in the court system and and my fiance had it in his hands.

So now we are just waiting on USCIS to issue us with RFE for it so he can send it to them. We ae hoping that is all we missed. I feel quite confident that should be all we missed.

I'm trying to stay positive, there's just so many other factors happening in my life that I need to be with my fiance asap, but I wont go into them here.

The positive outloook in this thread is what keeps me going. I read it everyday and keep up to date. It's good to share in others happiness, if they allow it of course

#24300 (just before mine) status changed from nothing to RFE. So that's 3 RFE and 3 still initial review in my group of 6.

Oh and I looked at my NOA1 hardcopy again last night and my NOA1 is May 9th, not the 10th.... Still not sure where I got May 10th from.

I've gone 50 before my number and 150 after. 3 numbers before mine had a approval back in June and there's no I-129f for 150 numbers after mine and I didn't want to go any further forward LOL

Lol. I made the same mistake. But it was because noa1 was text to us on the 8th whereas the letter said the 7th may. Sounds to me like your going to be up for approval next. Fingers and toes are crossed for you.

I just found out where the medical is done in the Uk. Knightsbridge docs. I can actually walk from my apartment to the place. It gets better each day lol.
