The number right before mine #300's status just went from initial review to no information. Looks like we have another May filer, NOA1 May 10th who will be getting approval or a RFE. Congrats to everyone!

Yes sAw they updated some but the. #300 got a rfe. So did 303. However 301 says alien number change on 26 July so they are in for a approval soon. 302,314,315 no change alien number still 13th may. Other numbers after are other petitions.

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

We're talking about different #'s. :) The i129fs in my block range from 4296 to 4301. 4297 and 4298 have RFEs with 98 coming a few days ago after showing no case status. Now 4300 is showing no case status as well. 296, 299 and 301 are still initial review..

Hi HunNee I noticed you have been contributing for some time now. Yea May filers are the luckiest of the bunch. We getting approvals like ice cream. People getting approvals within a period of 2 months can u beat that? Our prayers and positive attitudes has been answered. Before the end of August all May filers will be approved at the rate VSC is going. Congrats to all May Filers that have been approved. Happy Sunday y'all.

Hey everyone, I have a question and hopefully someone here can help me..I'm preparing all the documents for pack 3 (which I of course haven't gotten yet) and its asking me for date of marriage. We, however, don't have a date yet because this process is so unpredictable that it is hard to set a date. Can I just put N/A there or do we NEED a date? Also, I can get my medical done before I get the package from the embassy right? Thanks in advance!

Don't worry I asked the U.S. consulate Naples the same question, just to be sure and they responded to me like I was dumb and rightfully so. :P

I know a little bit, I'm still waiting for the approval but got the packet 3 from the Consulate some weeks ago to start and prepare everything.
